Does anyone have the formula for tooltip damage?

My understanding is that it's somewhat like this for magicka:
spellcoefficient((maxmagicka*insertnumberhere)+(spelldamage*insertnumberhere))
Does anyone know what max magicka and spell damage are multiplied by? Or what else their is to this?
And is the formula for stamina scaling damage any different aside from replacing max magicka and spell damage?

Go on eso head, they have sliders.

Different skills are affect a different amount, e.g. wb hits harder than ransack.

I have every character level 50, both a magicka and stamina version.

Hm... I wasn't aware of that.
    Are there any constants though?

Yeah, but I was looking for a formula of some kind to use in theorycrafting and the like.

Most magicka ability tooltips can be estimated with
    2ddc88fdac46c44192fc80d93fbc0f93.png
where a and b are coefficients. b is typically around 10.5 and a varies for each skill. The range of a is typically between 0.02 to 0.2. It is quite challenging to get extremely accurate values for a even with plane fitting over a large data range. A technically more accurate estimate can be obtained by using
    eb82a847e05085af973286c03deaa144
    where a', b' and c' are coefficients.
Reference for any calculation I make Introduction to PvE Damage Calculation

@Asayre that is by far the most informative answer about this topic I've seen online!
