Uppercut -> Wrecking Blow / Dizzying Swing

Please take a serious look at Wrecking Blow and fix that CC BUG once and for all. Sometimes i feel bad when i use this skill and my opponent is pinned to the ground or flying around like a cheap airline.
While u r on that skill, do the community a big favor and make the other morph DIZZYING SWING a INSTANT ability BUT reduce the damage of DYZZYING SWING by 55% compared to Wrecking Blow.
That way sorcs and dk´s are not forced to 1hand and shield as a Stam Build, and that way u can make both morphs desireable (wich should be the thing on EVERY MOPRH)

Ampnode✭✭✭✭Making Dizzying Swing insta-cast with 55% less damage wouldn't be too bad of an idea. If you take note of some powerful WBs that reach 14K+, cutting that in half would be doing around 7K+ damage, which would create a second version of Surprise Attack... which would also make DKs probably OP... Never mind. I don't like the idea.
Maybe reduce the cast time by 50% or 65%.PC NA - CP640+

Would at least give us a chance to drop sword & board ^^ or dont use wb, but i guess we need to use it till more ppl *** about the skill before somethin happens.
Zos fails hard at making both morphs desireable.
Game could be way better if the would pick up 5% of the ideas the community provides.

Can we get a similar treatment for the Flurry morphs? I don't know anyone that would pick Blinding Flurry over Rapid Strikes ...Alandrol Sul: He's making another Numidium?!?

Xeniph✭✭✭✭✭I dunno, I have never had WB bug out cc break for me. I can usually CC break mid air and roll dodge to have the second miss.
Now reverberating bash on the other hand, still on occasion makes me slide all over unable to do anything.Here since Beta.

zerosingularity✭✭✭✭They said on ESO live that the weapon skill line re-balancing is coming for Dark brotherhood. Be patient for now, we all know the issues, and I am pretty sure there will be a discussion thread about this in the near future.
If there is a serious bug (besides the Wrecking Blow range issue, which has been mentioned to death) then please report that as a bug in-game and on the forums. (Exploits can also be mentioned, but do not post how to do the exploit on the forums.)NA-PC
