Flaps have also been added on the behind too, (but tricky to get a decent screenshot showing this)
But seriously though, I loved that fact that the outlaw armor didn't have those damn flaps on them like every other piece of armor in the game. can we please have a little bit more diversity in the armor designs?
Or if possible, why not have it like you get the option to craft either robes or jerkins, give the players the option to choose between flaps and no flaps.
I am sure I am not alone on this, at least with just the outlaw armors.

does seem like they have a template for all armors and are scared to do anything remotely different...

✭There is a disturbing amount of flapping going on at ZOS and it needs to stop. I don't care if it's relaxing or gives the developers something to do, but it's gross and is negatively impacting the community. Flapping is not a feature we, as the consumers, appreciate in any way, shape or form, and to continue to force it upon us is, quite frankly, a violation of our civil rights.
We request, NO, we demand that the flapping cease at once, and that anymore flapping is strictly prohibited.

Blackers✭✭✭I just really hope ZOS revert back to the original design for the outlaw armor, I mean it is right there, they have done it! just remove the damn ugly flaps!
For future designs, just avoid flaps, please! unless it is absolutely crucial to the design, like i dunno, if they ever make 'the crotch-flap guild' DLC then it might be justified.
ZOS I dare you to break your flapping tradition and design something a bit more inventive, something that would have you actually believe that a different culture designed it. rather than one massive flappy collective where everyone across Nirn had the urge over protect their nether regions all at the same time. 'The Flappening'.

Flaps must go away with a nice option like helmets has!
