Willow's Path 5 piece bonus and regen drinks not getting the 15% increase.

I am on the PS4, so I am unable to test. Has anyone checked to see if Willows Path has been fixed on the PTS. Thank you for any testing and or feedback.

For me, the 15% bonus isn't being applied.

There are two issues...
1, 5 piece does not kick in during combat
2, it does not apply any buff to drinks

PS4 aswell.
Don´t know if it works during a fight, i never checked it, but outside a fight it works.

It doesn't kick in out of combat. You are looking at your 2, 3, 4 piece bonus. In combat all regen should go up another 15%

There was a thread about this on the first day or two of the PTS. Gina responded and said they're aware of the problem with drinks and CP and Willow's Path, but don't have a fix yet for it.

The stats you see in character sheet are 'in-combat' stats, thats why it doesn't go up when you enter combat if thats what you mean. But the drink buff still isn't working correctly with CPs, you get the added regen from the drink but it isn't the correct amount, a little short.

"Increase all recovery in combat by 15%."

There's idle recovery and combat recovery. This is supposed to increase only your in combat recoveries by a flat 15%. The wording implies that it's intended and not supposed to actually add 15% to everything like drinks, mundus, etc. As for the 15% never being applied? Not sure what causes that, because it works fine on my stam DK.

The confusion is with watching stats in idle and then watching them in combat, where there is no change. But actually the set does work, as when you put it on THEN your stats go up, at least that's my recollection. CP stuff is a different issue.

Last I checked willows path (+15%) and CP passives (+25%) aren't applying to drinks - as a result my stamblade is short about 150-200 stam regen which sucks big time.. only the second time i've made a gold v16 set to find it doesn't work properly

The regen figures on your character sheet are the in combat values though so the willows path is active, you can check by dropping a 5th piece of willows gear and seeing how the values go down.

V15 blue drinks offers a flat 493 stam/mag regen, while stats from buff food can be increased with % stats increases from Inner Light, Bound Aegis, Structured Entropy and Undaunted Mettle.

I thought the equation for stat pool is

and that for recovery is

Willows counts as Other Skills. But stuff like Major Intellect, Recovery, Spell charge, Magicka Controller were all Skills.

They was I see it both work similarly. Drinks/Food only get buffed by Skills.

Stamina Recovery as it SHOULD be:
FlatStaminaReg * StaminaCP * StaminaPassives * EquipBonus

How it actually is
(FlatStamReg - Drinkbuff) * StaminaCP * StaminaPassives * EquipBonus + DrinkBuff * StaminaPassives

Magica Recovery formula is completely different as you probably figured out.
Light Armor passives don´t give a damn about Drink Bonus either.

I've got a VR15 gold set myself ... certainly not as expensive an investment as some of the other posters, here (who have a VR16 one shelved and collecting dust). However, it would be nice to use this set after the half-year "cooldown" imposed by ZOS ...

Again, your character stats are 'in combat' stats, so they already show the 15% gain from willows. It won't change going in and out of combat. Take one piece of willows off, and put it on again, you will see the regen stats in your character stats change by the 15%

Orgnum's Scales set has the same problem. The effects of regen drinks aren't being properly increased when the set procs.
