I've been having trouble with the forums, Over Capacity messages, Unavailable messages, Search box has too many requests.
I'm just wondering if there is a problem? Or has The Thieves Guild DLC garnered this much interest?

so, my belief [and guess] is that it is not more traffic on this forum, but rather, more traffic on the forum server itself that houses many many forums, and eso forum is simply one of the forums hosted by that company which is getting the traffic.2 -

✭Yeah this outages are going on for a while...it happens everyday lately.
It started for me the same day that Thieves Guild hit the PTS.

✭✭Something went on yesterday for a couple of hours/ 2pm-4pm est NA time. There was an actual issue with the forums run by vanilla forums, and they were looking into it. I ended up getting the errors 502 outage to do overcapacity on the server for most of that time, and then 503 when they took the forums down to try to fix them. On their graph, they were showing a huge jump in traffic to their servers, so I definitely assumed it was a DDos.Far too many characters to list any more.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Have had this problem intermittently for the last few days. Funny thing is, sometimes I get a page with a link to Vanilla (which I guess hosts the forums) and over there they have statistics saying everything is a-okay with their service. Denial much?

I was getting this for 2hr yesterday. Between 2pm and 4pm EST NA time. When I clicked on serivce status though it did indicate that they were having issues yesterday and they were investigating and trying to resolve it.
