I really like the change to empowering chains coming with the DLC, but I think as a pure gapcloser this is far behind others, especially in PvP.
First of all its dodgeable, no other gapcloser is and since its no longer pulling it shouldn't be. It's crucial for DKs to get near enemies since most of the attacks are melee and there's a lot of roll dodge spamming in PvP. Also the range is an issue, normal gapclosers are 22m, this one's only 18m. So if an enemy is running away from you and dodges the first try, he's most likely gonna be out of range. Please consider to change this.

Every Stamina-gapcloser is dodgeable dude. I dont know if its intended that Lotus fan and Toppling charge are undodgeable but its like that for many months so ill just take it as it is.
Guess it wouldnt make much difference if the Chains are just like that but id prefer having all of them dodgeable.
Are you sure that the range is 18m? I thought that they increased it to the base skill.
