Azura's Star EU - high latency(red 500+) started, lag and kicked out 2 minutes ago

This morning and afternoon no high latency, good graphics, nothing slow. Always starting in the evening here.
Again skills are blocking now, when in fight it lags a lot.
Now I also kicked out.
Campaigns without this issue, do they exist?

I mean the latency indication is marked red and value more then 500
