with my %20 damage buff i got 3800s and i only use 5x jullianos and 4x magnus with 3x spell damage enchant on willpower jewelry +apprentice mundus with 7 divines on legendary items also got 44k magicka thats increases your damage too not just spell damage.

The real question is how are v16 tools NOT hitting for end game dps when they claim the role? It ridiculous and I think in order to make the grouping tools better you should be able to click on a person in you group and see their character stats and gear.
