Please HELP!! Cannot play!!

Hello, I opened a ticket about my account a WEEK ago but still NO reply at all. I'm patience but this is crazy!!

I cannot play the game as I've changed ISP and I cannot access my old email address to change my login password (yes, I forgot it)

My new ticket number is 160207-002770 and I have included proof of purchase with that ticket, also I gave you my new email addr and told you my old one the account is linked to that I CANNOT access anymore.

PLEASE read my ticket and respond!

Do they have ANY support staff?

This is insane, I've used tickets with many games and I've never known a wait over a week for one where you cannot even play the game. I've known some companies answer their tickets in 2-3 hours.

I would phone them but it seems theres no uk phone number to call.

If you link some of the Zeni peeps in your post, you might get help a lot faster, normally on these kind of threads they are fast about it.

Not sure who in particular deals with this stuff, but try linking @ZOS_GinaBruno or something, as I just did.

She will point ya in the right direction I imagine:}

Also, you normally get a login code sent to your email that is linked with your account, I know you switched emails, but try a forgotten password with your original email or something.

Takes 5 seconds to do, saves some leg work on both ends of the fence too.

Thanks for your help. I'm not sure what you mean by linking? You mean if I put @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_GaryA @ZOS_TristanK or @ZOS_KaiSchober something might be fixed? okay. worth a try

I tried the forgotten password thing last week, but I guess it emails the change password details to your normal email addr so that made it pretty useless as I cannot access those emails anymore.

I have now found out my user ID code and have been "attempting" to guess my password all day but alas no success.

I'm really hoping support can fix me up.

Just a quick note to say I'm online now. its taken all night to get working, 6-7 emails back and forth to support but its now fixed.
