I am not at the cap. We are the 99% #memes

Zos has stated less than 10% of players are over cap.

Been at cap for a while now, was also hoping for an increase - but I am only 11 CP's from next cap if they do what they say and increase to 552 with DB DLC

Just hit CP 527 last night. Less than 10% of the player base at cap the say? I've heard it's "lonely at the top" but I see that we've got A LOT of company here. Cheers to our embarrassment of riches.

I'm right at 530 and would be well over 600 by now if the amount of XP wasn't so high compared to 100. Sad part is the cap is held back based on many players who don't spend much time gaining xp. Sitting in town selling stuff isn't gaining xp, RP in a tavern isn't gaining xp, sitting idle while chatting with friends isn't gaining xp. Players doing what they want in no way bothers me, but when the rest of the community starts to be held back because some players don't gain xp it's going to cause issues with how high they raise the CP cap per DLC.

I've not really ever cared too much about getting champion points, never grinded for them, I just get them when I get them, I have exactly 30 left now until the cap. I tend to get 2-3 a night, sometimes more, depends what I feel like doing, and so within the next 2 weeks I should hopefully get there

Essentially at 330 myself, if I get back to playing quite a lot I might get 500 or cap before the expansion comes out but I only get my writs in most days as of late

Funny, did you not see a couple months ago when they stated that the MAJORITY of PC players have less than 100 CP?!? You really need to work on your fact skills and stop stating personal (and clearly wrong) opinions as fact.

Honestly I don't get the fuss over this.. it's not like you really use all the skills. Some of them are mutually exclusive. Like the ones that only work if you're wearing 5 or more pieces of light armor -- the 5 or more pieces of medium or heavy are pretty much useless. Same goes for weapon damage versus spell damage. Even if you could max them both out a hybrid build will still be a second class damage dealer compared to an all out magicka or stamina build. I think this will become even more pronounced with the changes to the CP system after Thieves' Guild. So be happy their raising the cap and move on to other things that need addressing, like lag, broken skills, etc. that's what we should be concerned about.

Edit: For what it's worth I maxed out on the current CP. With the diminishing returns more CP doesn't really add that much to my character, I honestly can't think what 17 more points in each tree will give me that I don't already have or need.

Grinding, followed by running dailies, followed by running dungeons, I think is where the bulk of CP gain is for the average player. (Maybe quests on an alt in some cases) For the average player, anything else isn't even using their enlightenment up, and that includes PvP for 90%+ of players in Cyrodiil.

They should get rid of the cap, at least for PC -- we have been here for two years to sit at a cap so guys who started an hour ago area happy? Really? Their stats about who is at cap are complete b.s. On PC most regular players are near or over the cap.

about another 70 or 80 to go, play every other day, happy to wait 15 years for a balanced game. Now quit ya whining
