Cannot add Time Card

As the title says I am having trouble redeeming my time card code and since the support login seems to be down I can't really open a ticket about it.

I cannot get past the Game Registration Code stage.
I am definitely typing the correct code as I am physically holding the page that has it on, but it keeps saying "Invalid Code"
Putting in my time card's code directly didn't help either. I even tried using my Early Access code, Explorer's pack code and Imperial edition code.

Could it be an issue related with the authentication problems that support has been having?
If not, could you open a ticket on my behalf so that I could give my codes to a support rep so I can get some help?

EDIT: It's the next day now and I'm still not able to login to the support page to submit a ticket, the login button is still white and unclickable. Would really appreciate some help here... @ZOS_MollyH

    Which game card is this?

    I had trouble with the older pre-ESOTU 60 day cards and support had to get involved. No problems with the newer Crown ans ESO Plus cards.

    But there's no way to know since I can't go through the first part where it asks for my game code...

    And is it just me or is support still down?

    They have been down for several days, as far as I know. Logins to the support website fail as of last time I checked. The maintenance on Tuesday morning might fix that.

    Apparently disabling adblock is what fixed the issue and let me log-in. Thank you anyway :)
