I want a lot of things

• Racial motifs for both house itself and furniture
• Able to control placement and size of furniture
• Able to interact with the furniture inside of said house
• To have crafting stations, though they have be 'maintained' (use mats to keep them operational) and have them not craft the same quality of items that the crafting stations in towns do.
• The ability to put board/card games on my tables.
• The ability to make it open or private so other can/cannot visit
• The ability to see my pet(s) wandering the premises.

Preferably the placement of the house itself is instanced and not sandboxy in order to reduce lag and useless world clutter (unless its on a housing island or something). But if I had it my way, the instanced houses available would be earned after you visit areas of the zone and complete the quest that leaves a house vacant. No seriously, half of the quests in cities involve a house/warehouse that the big bad was using. After these already-in-game quests are completed, you have the option to buy the property. You can only buy a limited number of these properties.
