Has anyone else been having issues getting their crowns with their Subscription? I have had this problem three times. Waiting to the end of this month to call yet again. There has been a couple of months I just didn't call because I was lazy, but it is getting old. I've been a monthly subscriber since the start and think the least they can do is make sure I get what was promised. Especially since i'm a loyal payer even when I don't get on for a couple months here and there. Finally thinking about canceling and just buying crowns. Yes I lose the 10 exp gain but I lose the headache of calling over and over for the same problem to happen again. And the only give me the crowns they miss and not extra for their screw up. Hopefully I didn't break any forum rules by venting but you should be able to point out the flaws.

OmniDevil✭✭✭✭Since the fix for ESO+ Subs/Crowns not renewing/being received was resolved a few months ago, the only time I have an issue is when M$'s fail billing system refuses to work properly and never charges my card. However, as soon as M$ resolves that, a few hours to 24 hours later, I get my crowns.Rogue's Gallery (EP)(NA)(XB1)

So far I have not had trouble with that issues. (Knock-on-wood) As soon as I posted the comment above I had my crowns the next day. Don't know if leaving a comment had anything to do with it are not. I'm just hoping it does not happen again. That would suck if that "resolved" skipped me somehow. Hope they fix your issue soon man.

✭✭I'm assuming you're on XB? I, too, was a victim of the missing Crowns issue on XB, for three months (August-October), but I've had no problems since the announcement that the issue was resolved.
If you're on XB, it appears that the issue hasn't been completely resolved or it's an issue stemming from another source. Always be sure to email support when you don't receive your Crowns. If you still have Crowns missing for any months that you didn't report it, I would still submit a ticket so that you can get your Crowns.
