On pts, does rapid maneuvers cancel if you buff yourself?

Just wondering, it says in the notes it cancels if you buff an ally, but if I cast a heal on myself do I lose the buff?

After Retreating Maneuver got a 10 second duration buff from 20 second's making it a total 30 second's, the skill is a lot more useful in my opinion.PS4 NA DC0 -

This change was specifically designed to nerf zerg healing. As anyone could keep the benefits of Rapid while spamming heals as long as they didn't attack.Here since Beta.

Still suck's though. If you are a nightblade trying to get away with rapid's and pop vigor to heal.... well you better make sure no one is effected.
