I am unable to login. The game can run on a Surface Pro 3 right? Why is it crashing on the pro 4?

It might not run on the M3 version of the SP4.
Did you update to the latest version of Windows 10? There were issues with previous versions.

You have to simply change "D3D11" in usersettings.txt to "D3D9" or "OPENGL". That did the trick for me. Tell me about the performance when you get it running.

You can also install the recent drivers from intel and play with d3d11. Look at the other thread.
