Is there a good campaign for Imperial City on XB1 NA?

I'm coming back from a break am just starting to mess with the DLC. I'm currently in Haderus and decided that I'd try out Imperial City once I got tired of being bent over by DC. I was disappointed that the sewers were largely empty and when they weren't I was getting bent over by EP.

Is there a campaign on XB1 NA that has some competitive sewer action or has everyone just moved on from Imperial City?

P.S. I'm usually active 8pm to 2am central.

What alliance are you? I assume AD? I find scourge pretty competitive across the board. Was in sewers last night for an hour and saw about 5 people from other factions. Not much but it was something. It depends on where you are too. In the inner loop close to base, you won't find many other folks. The districts tend to be more populated, the arena district in particular seems to be the PvP destination.

A few guildies and I found that Azuras Star, though mostly dominated by AD, has some really decent activity in the sewers (and they carry stones!). So, when we need telvar or just a decent amount of easy AP, we go there.

@AverageJo3Gam3r: Yeah I'm AD. I'll have to take a look at Scourge. It looks like it's getting pretty active. I'm actually thinking of switching home campaigns. Haderus is just getting frustrating. Thanks for the suggestion.

@OmniDevil: Ha yeah I thought about guesting in Azuras to just roflstomp everyone for easy stones. Feels a bit dirty though.

I am also very interested in this. I love the idea of IC but when i log in (in my timezone anyway..) its a ghost town lol

Yeah I think part of the problem, at least for me, is you're screwing over your alliance in your campaign by being in the IC. I'm not sure if there was a logistical reason or if Zenimax just really liked the idea of IC population being part of Cyrodiil population, but I wish the population pools were different. I feel like more people would participate then.
