As a stam sorc you cant heal if you hit a shield and dont crit.1 -

✭✭Well as much as I hate shield stacking and feel that it needs to be brung into the major/minor system DOTs by passing them now and the bonus damage to shields CP now is a nice start was able to kill a good handful of shield stackers on PTS cause of the DOT chipping away at them and when the shields drop BOOM use a ulti to finish them off.
So it's a start and hopefully will stop the bubble zergs.0
