Anyone seen the soul shriven motif yet?

I'm hoping it looks like (or is) that starter level 1 style we get, I swear those level one 0 armour soul shriven rags look more badass than full imperial heavy black-gold dyed armour.

Pretty sure the patch notes state it's not on the PTS yet.

I believe the armor looks just like the wailing prison NPCs or the soul shriven costumes they released a while back. That's just judging from the icons in the crafting menu. The weapons look unlike anything else in their tooltips though.
