They never listen to what's said on PTS.
My 2 septims.
Maybe you confuse Panic with being Vocal.....
Being vocal helps sometimes to be heard....

Well, speaking of the pts, they really just seem to listen to bugs, and they rarely seem deviate much from their direction going in. And sometimes they will push a patch live with those bugs even though they are well documented. Based on this history, I would say panic is justified, and that these things may as well be set in stone.

Nothing in a business should be set in stone! Changes must be made to benefit the company and please the customers.

Zos can't even manage sticking to a maintenance schedule how on earth do you think they're going to be able to implement anything but rudimentary bug fixes before this goes live?

Definitely new. Welcome to the communityI hope you don't end up too disappointed. Just always take it for granted that ZOS doesn't have a clue what they're doing and you'll be fine.

Bummer - I feel insulted that anyone still thinks what's on PTS doesn't go to live.Well, you picked the wrong time to turn up to the game matea week ago everyone was smiling happy people holding hands, now that the PTS notes are out however...
This.
And it's gonna stay how it is on PTS - I bet ya anything.

But the companies who can keep up with the bugs usually have a Pay to Play model rather than a Buy to Play model. With the Buy to Play model they may not have that much money compared to the ones that have the Pay to Play model.
