kena is procing even when not doing 2 light attacks in a row with a destro staff...thought it would be fixed in pts but its obviously not. Is this intended?

I don't have PTS, wish I did now...>.< Crushing shock+light/medium attack weaving seems to proc it a lot, they said something vague in patch notes about "correcting the proc when using a skill with 0 cost in between light attacks" or something, I assumed they'd also look into this. So they didn't?0
