No love for tanks?

So we got nothing to heavy armor passieves. Other armor types didn't get nerfs as well. Health stat is still useless.
I mean... tanks are almost useless in the game, and you are not going to fix it right? Great.
Did i miss something?

Seriously @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_BrianWheeler any one right here is some changes tank players want to heavy armor buff heavy armor already here is the chance !!!!!! Add changes before U9 drops.

I was highly expecting a buff to constitution passive and armor values. Instead they made all cp passives add a flat amount of armor and buffed penetration by 130% which means penetration will be better when stacked lel.

Zeni doesnt like tanky players.

Yeah i think they don't want to have useful tanks in their game. I should change my build to medium dps, though i don't really want to.

And stamina regen issue while blocking still remains same. Major mending got a 5% nerf. No health ratio increase, no immovable buff no nothing. Unbelievable.

Also the increase of resistance in CP is flat value so what is the point of heavy armor?
