    "DirectX 11 Upgrade
    We have upgraded the ESO graphics engine to be DirectX 11 specific.

    You will no longer be able to launch or run the DirectX 9 version of the game.
    We will no longer support graphics cards and operating systems that are not compatible with DirectX 11.
    This will allow us to implement new graphics features only possible with the removal of DirectX 9, as well as improve the overall performance of the engine"

    While great for new computers. Not sure on how directx11 fairs on various video cards. I'm sure it is fine.

    DX11 focuses alot of physics and how objects or abilities interact. Atleast this is how it was described from the programmers in ARK.

    When ARK first updated it, it was a disaster, with a lot of crashes the first 24 hours. But once they fixed it, it made the game SO SO much smoother, especially on the 100+ people servers.

    There is hope.

    Siege Weapons
    -Increased the damage for all siege weapons by approximately 30%.
    -All side effects from siege weapons (including snare, disease, healing taken reduction, increased siege damage taken) have been normalized to a duration of 6 seconds.
    -Decreased the snare received from Ice Trebuchets, Lightning Ballista and Oil Catapults to 50% from 75%.
    -Increased the siege damage taken debuff from Scattershots to 20% from 10%.
    -Meatbags will now apply a 50% health regen and healing taken debuff.
    -Oil Catapults now include a "Stamina Damage" value added, which takes away roughly 20% Stamina from enemy targets.
    -Lightning Ballistae now include a "Magicka Damage" value added, which takes away roughly 10% Magicka damage per tick from enemy targets.
    -Ballistae will now turn faster and have their "scatter" variable removed, making them 100% accurate to your aimed location.

    I think all these changes are excellent. No flat amount reduced.

    That's what I was thinking. My rig should support this dx11 but there might be players locked out? Sucks but price to pay for a stable game.

    End of AC that hides skills. This at least gives non-ac players the ability to see spells/attacks against them (the biggest critique of AC that I know of).

    EDIT: I like that you can only reflect objects once, but I don't like that you can't reflect meteor. Didn't get there b4 post.

    I don't really understand the pet changes, if the *** thing desummons if I swap bars and it's not on my second bar. How is that different from being a toggle?

    I vividly remember the one time I joined his group when havoc was farming at arrius mine in Haderus and after having his whole AD group wipe to havoc while having like 1 billion siege up and constantly screaming "More SIEGE" he said, "now see, the reason we got wiped by the ball zerg (aka Havoc) is because you guys didn't setup enough siege." hahaha

    No stamina morphs have been added to sorcerers so the patch notes can suck it lol
