@ZOS_GinaBruno

I sent in a support ticket to the help site and I know you have helped me with expediting in the past and am urgently seeking your help one more time. I am not sure if this was in error or has anything to do with the random Mute Suspension that was placed on my account a few weeks back. With your help to expedite that ticket, support got back to me and explained it was in error.

I am assuming the same has now happened but in a much larger way.

Long story short, my wife and I came home from work and began on our usual routine. Put the toddlers to bed and hop on ESO. But to my surprise I got a message at login stating "Login Failed, your account has been suspended permanently. Please contact help.elderscrollsonline.com. Which I have done.

I know people will read this and say "well you must have done something". But to my knowledge I cannot think of one thing that I could have done or said to be suspended, let alone banned permanently.

@ZOS_GinaBruno Thank you in advance again. You were a life saver once and I hate to ask again, but..........please :(

I remember that thread last time, are you absolutely certain that you haven't been doing something against the TOS? It just seems very strange is all...

Possibly you've logged in on another machine?

My wife and I login from one of two PS4's in our household. That would be the only two consoles we have ever logged in from. Her account seems fine.

300% Positive that there is nothing I could have done to cause this...I purchased my PS4 used...I mean could the prior owner have modded something idk? That would not seem the case though as my wife's account is just fine.

It isn't, but I've rarely seen some people get banned when they use multiple accounts on the same machine, because ZOS thinks they're account sharing/gold farming or something random. That was a while back, but if there's nothing he could have been doing then I'm not sure what else to suggest.

Ya know, you may have something there. We do send gold back and forth to one another quite often. Sometimes large amounts.

That sounds like it may be the case then. Although surely it would be the 1-off big transfers that would make ZOS look into it I would think? What amounts were you sending?

That's a huge thing actually. Sending high amounts of gold is a large flag, and not necessarily in one lump sum. I've read multiple posts about this. It is an attempt to prevent gold farming, selling for real money etc.

Im suspecting this is the reason. Have no idea on how to resolve though

Okay that's definitely it! I'm not sure though how her account is fine in that case, as you'd think it'd be a 2-way thing.

Most likely the reason, they might fear your botting or something, or buying gold, from a third party and might think your also using a third party site.
Maybe if you email them, with your wife, with you to back you up, as well then maybe they can undo it. But you got to prove it.

So. This just in. ZoS support deciding that whatever I did was apparently horrible......WTH.

    Greetings,

After a thorough review of your account, it has been determined that the account did in fact violate our Terms of Service. We regret to inform you that your appeal for an account ban reversal is denied.

Due to the extent and scale of the violation, it has been decided that the ban on this account will remain in place, and that all services related to this account shall remain deactivated permanently. This decision was not made lightly, and it is final.

    Regards,
    Elder Scrolls Support

"Due to the extent and scale of the violation"

I bet they will never acknowledge what I did.

Sypher shares accounts all the time. My guess is that it's not against the code of conduct despite it being written very boldly that it is.

Wow that is *** man.. no explanation and you can't even play. At least they could give you you're damn money back.

I play with my girlfriend on one our xbox's and thankfully this has never happened to us. We send money and mats back and forth, albeit not as much as you guys.

Sincerely hope they can fix this for you!
