But the suggestion is for ZOS to be in charge, not the public.
I don't feel strongly about this one way or the other (so I'm waiting to see peoples arguments for and against it before I make up my mind), but I think you're misinterpreting OP. He's not talking about the MMO public having anything to do with such a list - he's talking about ZOS being in charge of it and publishing it.WalkingLegacy wrote: »The MMO public in charge of a ban list. And then ZOS decides if any action is warranted. They don't just hand bans out based on someone sending a report.WalkingLegacy wrote: »WalkingLegacy wrote: »The MMO public in charge of a ban list. Yes, nothing will go wrong with this.

The public does the reporting to flag ZOS attention.

Yes, it is a good thing. And for those saying no I want to be protected. NO, you dont deserve to be protected if you got banned for something you've done wrong. Also this system would even be good for people who did get banned and don't exactly understand why. They can easily check why and if they think it was a wrong decision they can apply for an unban. Because currently when you get banned you do not know why (had this happen to a friend who was incorrectly banned for scamming).

The point is to see that ZOS actually takes action against people and discourage other people from doing it.
Because the current belief is that ZOS does nothing, which is pretty much true for exploiters.
