i did wrothgar dailies alot, and opened world chests. my main set to get was briarheart, now i have
2x robust v16 rings
2x healthy v16 rings
1x healthy v16 amulet
1x arcane v16 amulet
2x divines v16 sashes
1x divines v16 arm cops
1x divines v16 helmet
1x divines v16 armor - chest piece
1x divines v16 shoes
got quite nice parts of the other sets on v16 aswell.
estimated time to gather those was 80-100 hours of gameplay.

Your experience and mine differ greatly.

I've averaged 14 - 50 Wrothgar recopense bags a week stage second week of Orsinium.

I have found 1 V16 Briar heart, hands well-fitted, thanks f*** me very much.

That's one in hundreds of bags, I've spent more than then 100 hours farming treasure chests and have a v15 set except for the waist.

I've definitely put in the time, I may not deserve it but I'm frustrated as f*** with RNJesus and how I have farmed out literally two V16 sets of Trinimacs and 1 1/2 sets of V16 of Pariah none of each I could care about at all.

Because somewhere out there is a guy looking for the V16 jewelry I have and throwing away, deconing, or selling Briarheart pieces.

Between the gear system, Vet Malestrom Arena, and several other factors I find myself more frustrated with this game then enjoying it at the moment.

Crafted gear, even in DLCs, has always been BoE. I don't see any reason to make these crafted sets special enough to require BoP (BoC, Bind on Craft?).

Is there any valuable difference between loot in Veteran MoL Last Boss and Veteran MoL Last Boss in Difficult Mode (a la HM). And what is this difference?

I've farmed for the same amount of time about and only have a single piece out of the 5 trinimac that I want which is v16. It is time for luck to play a smaller role in loot acquisition.

Saved up all my daily wrothgar containers while levelling up, opened at VR16.. got nothing useful.. was around 35 containers. ZOS won that one, since they got me to buy an inventory expansion from the crown store

BTW: respecced my CP to the one that gives improved loot from containers, no idea if it does anything for those, but figured it was worth the 3000 gold respec..... it wasn't.

Getting a "token" is less satisfying than getting an armor piece / weapon imho... there's other ways to do this, like taking 2 of the same and using that to re-roll the item but in the process destroy 1 of them. Still RNG, but you get more rolls of the dice.

And you could still leave final boss gear as BoP, just like in the past. I don't think people are opposed to a few final boss items being BoP, just opposed to everything being bind on equip.

I support their decision of BoP, they need to promote the sales of new DLCs.

However, I agree with you that this current BoP system punishes players that actually buy new content.
There are many MMOs that have a system in place where all the BoP gear is tradable with the players in the group for a limited time.
That would be a good solution, IMO.

Really? Do you spend 24/7 farming or something because I spend like 4 to 6 hours some days farming mats and other stuff and can find places to spend my millions on, but then again I have 3 or 4 VR lvl toons to play with lol, doesn't take long to burn through hundreds of thousands gold on gold gear / enchants etc.

Hircine's Veneer, Ebon Armory, and Worm Cult are EXISTING sets that have been in the game for a long time.

Every other addition to the game or DLC introduced NEW sets.

Craglorn introduced Martial Knowledge, Way of Fire, Way of Air. All BOE.
Imperial City introduced Essence theif, Overwhelming Surge, Sheer venom, etc most of which were BOP.
Orsinium introduced Winterborn, Trinimac, Briarheart, Perma-frost, etc that were ALL BOP.

What new sets will be released with Thieves Guild? And can you comment on whether they will be BOP or BOE? Telling us gear that already exists in the game will be BOE is IRRELEVANT to this conversation.

Zenimax: Will ALL the NEW (previously unreleased) sets introduced in Thieves guild be BOP?

I just remembered that those 3 sets that where mentioned to be BoE are BoP right now so unless changes are made i don't see this DLC giving life to the market which is in dire need of new items to sell, having everything BoP on a DLC is NOT the right move to make people buy DLC that's just unfair and its killing the market.

One of my characters has the extra CP so that I get improved loot. It's improved all right. No purples, just an extra VR16 or VR15 blue. Not really worth the points.

BTW, the good purple that I have and I do have two complete sets of everything, came from world bosses and NOT chests.

This. Luckily the gear is no better than crafted. But just wait till they have a Hundings Rage like set that gives twice the weapon damage that hundings gives, but you have to grind the set pieces.
