Please work on your pricing structure and try to make it a little more refined so that it doesn't feel like quite the cash cow product that I suspect that it currently is. There is currently nothing better on the market. Please focus on game play, not just more quests, so as to make it the best when the next new game comes out.

I second this. I presumed the Nord Hero costume would be priced relative to the other costumes available on the store, and I was wrong (along with many others). I also chose to forego this costume considering its cost relative to other products. I find it unreasonable to list a vanity item as a "limited time offer" which is priced the same as a full DLC.

It's not just this one particular costume, either. Many items on the crown store are relatively overpriced, being comparable to what we've paid in subscriptions or in DLCs. I'm a businessman myself, and I understand the concept of the crown store. But I believe any good businessman/woman knows that the most important asset of a business is its customers, and these pricing tactics send a message to customers that leaves a bad taste.

I sincerely hope that the revenues from these vanity items is going towards content and not more overpriced vanity items.

Y'know, Robert Trump is on the Board of Directors at ZeniMax Media. One of eight members I believe. And yes, it's the same Trumps. I bet he stayed up late planning this one. Slowly expand the cost of vanity items until that's all that's left is virtual mediocre outfits that cost $15 instead of content! What a great idea!

I don't have a problem with costumes, virtual pets or mounts per se. For me, at most a $5 splurge on something that's completely unnecessary. The issue isn't the pets, mounts or costumes, it's the slow rise in cost and the attempt to create a new norm in pricing. I also think it's insulting to the people who created Wrothgar. That whole dlc, which is awesome and I love, was 3000 crowns. The work that went into that place, the music, the writing, everything. A single costume is worth 2000 crowns? I know how pricing works, everything only worth what someone will pay. I just don't like feeling like I'm being softened up with the 1000 crown costumes so the 2000 won't create sticker shock. But I guess I don't soften so easy.
