This is just impossible. Top 5 nbs? For a stealth DPS class?
I would just drop some names then. No way to get it down to 5. The NB class is the class where if you know your skills, are smart and play right, you will MURDER people.
Everyone just go to their kill counter and list the first 5 names there. Lolol.
I always loved watching Lone defend a resource though. He should be mentioned on this thread with the best.

Last night my gf and i happened upon a nb fighting 5 people. Typically i dont jump into out numbered fights like that but he killed one and was still at full health. So it wasnt going well for the Brave DC of Haderus. I saw we had a templar and as vr6 nb i said well i can at least keep him out of stealth. Done and done we win, so we jumped in.

So like 3 minutes later we are all dead pretty much in a circle around the NB who was still at full health. I get it im bad, and my gf is bad but come one there were like 7 of us! We cant all be bad. I guess, it turns out we can be.

Not being a person to look at names myself I do not know who this NB was, but he embrassed us so badly after we were dead my gf eventually yelled at me, ' what the hell are you doing lets go'. Since i was just laying there dead wallowing in my shame.

Aenlir - I actually got to see Aenlir grow into the nightblade people hate today. The best part is Aenlir started 1vXing with stupid sets, things that just didn't match well together. Then, BOOM, Death machine. When I fought this player, I had to be alone to have a chance as I'm convinced the blood of my group members would somehow power Aenlir into a death god.
Ara Valleria - You do not see her. That's end game when fighting Ara. You may get a lucky crit, or a winning Dawnbreaker, but anything outside of camping mines means a loss. Ara's weave stealths are less of a fighting style and more of a side effect of you bleeding out and fading in and out of consciousness.
Gottbeard(Steals Away Blood) - Can we just pause and appreciate this guy? If there was ever a theorycrafter worthy of an achievement award, it would the divine beard himself. Running into him is like being a spy and visiting the lab to see what crazy gadgets your drunk research team has cooked up this time. The original sap tank, sucking the life out of pvp in the best way possible. I once criticized his style (gave him an 8 out of 10) when he wiped an entire group in front of me. He got me to critical health, stopped, and said if I ever rated anything less than 10 again he would eat me. (SN: I typed it just like you said, see?!)
Kosmoko - Wait, are we sure that Kosmoko is a Nightblade and not just a big ball of go *snip* yourself? Little known fact, unlike most nightblades you'll probably see Kosmoko before he runs you over. I remember him for stacking mirage and shuffle before they added the non-stack passives. Even now, Kosmoko finds time to dominate leaderboards every now and again.
Syner - I was going to give this one to Velconn, but out of the two I've fought Syner more. Also, I'd never seen Velconn one-shot an Emperor. I met Syner on the byroads of cyrodiil. I hadn't fought a bash build in a while so imagine my surprise when I run out of resources while he just kept bashing away. I think it was the first ransack combo I'd ever run into as well.

@Crown very underrated too, he's been playing a magblade since long before it was cool to do so, but I think nobody recognizes what I've seen him do because of his group exploits

How about a shout for Molepo too

There should be a separate discussion for mageblades, they are a whole other ball game I think

I work hard to improve and perform, so a mention in this thread means a lot.

I'd love to see some #CrownMechanics. WTB @Crown 1vX video? And I agree, mageblade and stamblade are entirely different play styles and could be judged differently, but there are also diverse play styles within the broad categories of "magicka" and "stamina." Eventually you have to draw a line.

I thought Shinxster was just a ganker. Would love to see more of him I suppose. Ara and Ninja San can't beat me. I've fought Ara several times, and I've 1v3ed Ninja and two of his guys twice plus a couple of 1v1s. They're good though. Much respect to Anti. He puts up a scary strong fight, but we've never actually had a straight one -- just pushed each other around on the edge of zergs. He's my bro, and I'm glad to see him mentioned here. I haven't had the pleasure of watching Azoi or Astien play at length, but would love to. I speak with them both, and they've given me pointers in the past. Sypher is of course skilled as well.

Aenlir is a god and has taught me more than any other single player.

Jago, Wizio, and Araxleon deserve places in this list in my opinion. This pushes the list longer than "5 top Nightblades," but honestly, when you get to the top level of play, everyone is pretty nearly matched. I like that the list is long.

@KenaPKK I've actually streamed the first day of every campaign reset when I'm farming AP solo / duo for the past few months. I tend to get about 30-40 people watching (mostly guild mates from Victorem and Resilient) who ask good questions (and about 100 people banned who are just haters / poop disturbers). I use a 30 minute delay, so that people don't come and interrupt / disrupt.

Next time I'll record / ShadowPlay some of the better fights.
