Unable to change account email.

I cannot access the email associated with the account and would like to have it changed. However, when I try to contact customer support it sends an access code to that email I can't access.

I tried calling Zenimax Online but was put into the website referral. What other methods do I have in which I can use to change my account password.

    Hey there Dark,

    When contacting in, please include an alternate email in the body of your message that you would like to be contacted at. Customer Support can then contact you by that email. From there, we can help you to verify your account in order to make account changes.

    I apologize for not providing more clarity. Players experience various levels of lock-out, so some players can still make their way around to contact Customer Support on their own:

    For players who can still access the Help portal we typical recommend including the alternate email in your response. You should also be able to contact us in-game. It should be under "Help" and for the PC/Mac games it will be at the very end of the regular game menu or by typing /help.

    Another great suggestion is that you can go to Bethesda.net and mention that you have a Technical issue and that the issue is in relationship to ESO.

    If for any reason you are unable to log into the game or cannot use one of these alternatives, let us know so that we can make a report for you from this thread.

    So, now i got told to get to this page but i can't access any page, except this forum. So this is still not useful to me as I'm unable to do anything...
    I use steam client to play the game if that is an issue, I'm in a complete lock-out from anywhere i would be able to log in for accessing my account. Could you please explain to me, as I'm swedish and not american how and where I'm supposed to go forth, the information available on the pages for help are tiny and if i miss anything, somewhere.. Im sorry but to me this is still confusing.

    as stated in my post, my provider went into an other so their email changed with that, as such i am not even able to get a temporary solution to access this old email adress, if i could i would've changed it so the game would know my new adress, of course. So where can i contact someone who can help me?

    Since you are unable to access the usual customer support channels, please go to Bethesda.net and leave a contact request.
    This option is only to be used when you cannot access Help Support in any other way. I would suggest selecting Elder Scrolls Anthology for your Product (for now) and Technical Support for your issue.

    Because this is not the correct product, be sure to include in your Question that you need help with ESO or The Elder Scrolls Online.

    Let them know the following information in your Question box:
    • Details on the situation
    • Your old, previous email or UserID
    • The new email you would like to use
