Sometime i got crash, when i click "play on launcher" or run by eso.exe , but even when i ont get crash, game crashes ALWAYS when i click "login". Sound stops, game stops, cant move mouse etc. The only thing i can do is restart computer. I wrote to ESO support but they didnt answer. Please, help.

Hmm, compatibility should be fine.
Have you tried setting both to Launcher and the ESO.exe to run as admin?
