No Response from Zenimax Support. (Such surprise, much wow)

Hey,
Since starting ESO I have had an issue that has really <Insert expletive here> me off.
I messaged support to see if there was any chance of them sorting it out. (Although I HIGHLY doubt it)
I messaged them on the 14th January and today (the 22nd) still no response.

P.S: I doubt this can/will be fixed but help would be appreciated.
EDIT: I was a little annoyed while writing the ticket so just ignore that.

    Regardless of the merit of your issue, 8 days no response is unacceptable. I am awaiting follow up from a ticket raised on 16/01 too.

    I kindly ask Zenimax to Please Improve Customer Support

    I can only but agree.
    Just to post another gentle stab at their support - "Our support are real humans too" *Posts a generated answer anyway which always ends up being complete useless*

    i have had no response yet from my ticket on the 11th. thats 12 days now.

    what customer support? there isnt any.

    27th - still no reply.
    My launcher has suddenly *** changed from NA to EU nothing I can do, have to reinstall AGAIN, 3rd time.
