Not receiving mail in game

I am not receiving mail in game. I have logged off, quit the game, logged onto different characters, checked my inbox, reloadedui... mail is not coming through to me at all.

Mine is never that intense but my mail is often laggy. Many times I have to log out in order to receive it.

I get "mail lag" now and then, usually changing zones fixes it. I have no idea what would be causing it to be that bad, has this been going on for a long time?
