Need to cancel my account

I need to cancel my account and get reimbursed the funds which were taken out yesterday. I tried calling the support numbers but I am finding out, just as others are, that the numbers have since been disconnected. I tried to log in and my account was not accepting my information so I reset password, went into my email, clicked the link, went back to attempt to log in to my account with no luck so the only way for me to cancel it is hoping someone reads this post.

Please help me figure out a solution to my problem.

Hey there. A ticket has been created in relationship to this issue for you.
If you are interested in closing down your full account, you may start the process of deleting by writing an e-mail to: privacy04@zenimax.com requesting a deletion of account. This address and further information can be found on our Privacy Policy. Keep in mind that this is a permanent deletion which will not be recoverable.

If this is a cancellation of ESO Plus (your subscription) this can be done from your Account Page.

We would recommend waiting until your refund has been addressed before completing this process.
You can expect a customer service reply shortly.

I received an email response very shortly after making this thread but they said the payment hadn't gone through on their end yet even though payment was taken out on my account on Jan 18th. I was instructed to wait for a response but it has been plenty of time on their end and I don't want to miss the refund window.

Can I please get an update on this issue?
