My gamertag is the same as my username here. Last week we had a trader in a starter zone and with the new players from the free play weekend and Christmas noobs, things were blowing up. We currently have a trader in the Daggerfall starter zone. NO WEEKLY DUES! Once you join there is a one time fee of 5k to get selling rights. After that there is no mandatory donations but all donations are appreciated and go towards a trader.
