So for 6 months and maybe a little more i Can't use the voice chat when i try to join a channel it goes like that 6,5,4,3,2,1 and from the begin i have tried everything to fix it even deletee game but nothing i Can't have fun with guildies i can only use PSN partys

I had the same problem, here was my setup:

AT&T U-Verse gateway --> cascaded superior router of my choosing --> PS4

My gateway gave router DMZ so my router was controlling all port opening via UPNP. The game still did not open the proper ports until I moved the PS4 to connect directly with my gateway instead of my router.

If you can figure out which ports ESO uses then you can fix the problem without having to connect your PS4 to the gateway but I was never able to get a response from any devs about which ports the game uses.

Try plugging in your PS4 directly into your modem/gateway for testing purposes only. If it works, then get a different router.

No one can help you if you don't provide information and give one word answers. You need to post basic information such as what kind of ISP, what kind of modem/gateway, how you have your devices connected, etc
