I doubt it is true. The fundamental difference between Bretons and Altmer is that both are talented in the Magicka department but Bretons are more to defense and Altmer to offense. Being a Breton I wouldn't mind a 5% Increase in Spell Damage, the forums would implode.0 -

✭I haven't heard anything on this either. Would make a couple of my characters pretty happy, but that doesn't speak to balance in the slightest. I am intrigued though, so if anyone finds anything that is evidence of this being true - please tag me.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Bretons have always had Spell Resist bonuses. This would be against Lore.
