Wrong costumes given and decline on exchange.

I spent $15 on an ESO plus membership, mainly for TWO specific sets you guys made, the tribal shaman and the woodland scouts set, but to also support what I thought was a good game. Times are tough for college students and I get very little time to actually play and it's imperative I have the gear I like to enjoy my game time. For some weird reason, I clicked on the tribal shaman package and was given the nordic set or whatever it's called, the one with horns. I don't like this set. It looks identical to the GW2 norn heavy, cultural armor set and I've had the worst possible experience with that game. It brings back awful memories.

I submitted a ticket thinking I would get a fast response. Two days later, (wow, hello swtor 2.0!) I get a response. "Naw, we cain't refund your set." You're moderators and I did not ask for a refund, I asked for an exchange for the set that I wanted that was denied via the messed up interface. I even replied to him on the same message he sent me, as he told me to do and to my shocking surprise, no response!

TL;DR: Interface acted weird, gave me wrong costumes, I asked for an exchange for the right costume set, mod say lolno and now I'm here. I'm not asking for much and I really don't want to have to go through the trouble of forcing a reverse charge on my card just for $15, but I won't support another SWTOR. Please and thanks for the response on how I can go about getting an exchange on my costumes.

Also, I apologize if my tone seemed aggressive.. It's just fairly agitating waiting so long for a response without some reason as to why an exchange can't be done.

Which of the sets is greyed out in the Crown Store? Is it the one you wanted, or the one you got? Unless you can prove to ZOS that what you received isn't what you clicked on, I don't think you'll have much luck, unfortunately. From their end, all they will see is that you got what you purchased, and if it's not what you wanted, they will put that down to user error.

Crown store is weird like that sometimes. Personally for me its the Motif books, I bought some and found pages to complete others but still on the crown store its says "add to library" for some and not for others. Kinda confusing at times and could lead to accidental double buying.
Or I should just me remember what I own and what I don't, but I am kinda stupid. :s

The set that was greyed out was the one with horns.. forgot it's name again. I double clicked on tribal shaman, however it wasn't greyed out.. I find it hilarious they won't simply exchange the set you want. No one is going to be as abusive as they think. Can a mod not even respond to this?! >:\ I'm so peeved off!

Without actually seeing what exactly happened, I tend to agree with @Enodoc here.

The Crown Store gives you a "CONFIRM" command before you make your purchase ... it's not just one left click and you're done.

Agree, though, that an exchange isn't an "over the top" request from the mods ... to be fair most retail stores will do the same for purchased items. Good luck.
