HELP!!!

This was posted in PC Tech Support 5 days ago with no response, maybe I posted it in the wrong section. There also has been no response to the ticket that was opened 6 days ago. Here is the original post if anyone cares to help get a response to the ticket:


I have a friend that opened a ticket over 24 hours ago and the ticket # is 160115-000055 . He had an account for the beta under one login that has not been used since the beta. He has another login that was used over the last month but access got revoked because of a bad key that was purchased from a 3rd party site.

He bought a new copy of the game and went to put in the legit CD key and used the old login accidentally because it is only 1 letter off. I know it was his error but he really wants to get the Game Registration Code active on the account that he used recently or he will have to start over from scratch. Please help speed this up if at all possible.

    Your friend has been emailed back in regards to this issue.
    For future issues, we would suggest that your friend contact in on his own behalf. We cannot address account issues without the consent of the account holder. If he needs a forum account made, this can be addressed with a quick email to Customer Support.
