What better way to traverse the snowy expanses of Orsinium than atop your very own majestic Snow Bear with a roly-poly Snow Bear Cub in tow?
The Snow Bear mount and Snow Bear Cub pet are available in the Crown Store on all platforms for a limited time, starting today (December 10th) through the morning of Monday, December 14th. Look for them in the “Featured” section of the in-game Crown Store!
The Snow Bear makes a superior mount for northern climes, as it's undaunted by even the fiercest winter weather. It's also trained to carry warriors into battle: just watch its black eyes sparkle at the prospect of good fight!
The Snow Bear is known for its fierceness, but its cub is as cute as a bug—maybe two bugs! Even in the direst of circumstances, you're certain to keep your spirits up with a roly-poly Snow Bear Cub tagging at your heels.

Pig was a gift code given out at conventions or live streams. There are some on eBay or people give them out over reddit sometimes.

You should be able to get a hold of the code somewhere and enter it on your ESO account page as a normal redeem code though. As it's an outside of game item code (like the Guar, Mudcrab and Wolfhound from toys) so I would have thought it would just work be redeeming the code on the account website.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver

✭✭✭✭✭My guess is the snowbear will be a 'Christmas' item - returning each December.
But that's mainly based on how other games do things, since we haven't had the crown store for a year yet so it's not been possible to establish annual patterns. We do know that limited time items return (the black and leopard senche were recently re-released) so it seems likely the snowbear will be available again at some point.
If you may not be in the game regularly it might be a good idea to follow them on Facebook (or whatever other social media they're on) or set a reminder to check the website periodically for announcements so you know what's coming up that you might want to log in especially for.PC EU player | She/her/hers | PAWS (Positively Against Wrip-off Stuff) - Say No to Crown Crates!

Ah, yeah that would make sense. And I do have it set to send me emails for basically everything, but after looking through all my emails from december, the only notification I got was for the leopards... Interesting.
