After IC launched, I was getting pretty horrific load times (over 5 minutes going into a delve, for example), so I let my subscription lapse, and took a break. There were other factors in effect as well, but the load screens were the biggest problem.

So, I came back a couple weeks ago. And, over the last couple days, I've noticed something and I'm not sure if it's my imagination or not. I think I'm missing costumes I purchased from the Crown Store, but I can't say with absolute certainty.

I thought I'd picked up the Crafty Rogues pack, the Ashlander pack, and possibly the Wedding Suit. But none of those are showing up in my collection. Thing is, the mounts and pets I purchased seem to be there. And the Noble's Suit and Mind Shriven Skin are still on my account. So, I'm honestly not sure if my memory is just messing with me (I know I have the Crafty Rogues pack on the PTS), or if stuff has gone missing.

Has anyone heard of something like this happening before? Or does anyone know of a way to check their crown store purchase history without going through Customer Service.
