DC - Redguard (stam sustain, max stam, more stam), Orc (stam damage, sprint speed, max health, max stam, health regen), Breton (magic sustain, max magicka, spell resist)
AD - Bosmer (stam sustain, increase stealth detection, poison and disease resist) , High Elf (magic elemental damage, increase max magicka, magicka regen) , Khajiit (stam damage, health regen, increase stealth detection )
EP- Nord (frost resistance, health regen, damage reduction), Argonian (swim speed, healing received, increase max health, poison and disease resist) , Dunmer (increase max magicka (x2), increase max stam, fire resist (vamps + everyone with the siege changes), fire damage)
In bold, crappy racial passive, which I define as anything you would never want on an armor set/enchant.

It really depends of your playstyle. Dunmer can be good as stamina or magicka, Nords as hard as trucks, and Argonian are easily healed.
Passives wont make you better.
DC - Redguard (stam sustain), Orc (stam damage), Breton (magic sustain)
AD - Bosmer (stam sustain) , High Elf (magic damage) , Khajiit (stam damage)
EP- Nord (frost resistance?), Argonian (swim speed??) , Dunmer (fire damage?)
One of these things is not like the other.

No.
Just no.
The only improvement Nord has seen is the increase to that joke of a passive +3% Max Health to 9%... but currently in a game where every single viable build is based around min-maxing having any race with no bonuses to Stamina/Magicka or Stamina/Magicka regen puts it ranked as one of the worst... Even Argonians due to the changes to battlespirit have it better off because their increase healing recieved...

Are you seriously trying to say that Nord passives are worse than Argonians? There's just no way that that's close to fair, true, or accurate.

whaaaaaaaat dunmer and altmer elemental damage passives are really strong, dunmer is 7% so that's even better than altmer 4%
then again that passive is only selective to sorcs/dragonknights
where the *** is my magic damage passive zos
