✭✭✭Vampires who manage to "bite" someone in PvP should not loose a vampire level. Instead they should get a major healthbuff en their victim should turn into a stage 1 vampire (curable at the nearest church for free in Cyrodill)٩(͡๏̯͡๏)۶

You must be in the AD alliance, am I correct?
All AD wants to do, lately, is get everyone in a campaign at once; zerg in a big group. Then in the middle of the group have like 15 people spamming Steal Tornado in a train.

You haven't tried using elusive mist recently, have you? Snares work on elusive mist. The gap closer ministun stops you completely. You cannot sprint in it. It's a really bad skill, and you will not escape anyone with it. You also cannot cast/block/dodge and I hear the damage mitigation does not work properly, however I haven't personally noticed that. It is a waste of a skill slot at the moment. Vamps were slotting it because they had to waste a skill slot anyway in order to get the regen passives, not because it is useful as an escape skill.
