Why is Raz the only one that you can tell you are an agent of Meridia if AD is your gold or silver zones? Has anyone else noticed this?

I think it is because Raz is the only one shrewd enough to ask you about plopping out of the sky (or maybe its unafraid enough).

Because even if AD is your home alliance, Raz realizes that something mysterious has happened with you, and that you didn't just wash up. At that point you're not an agent of Meridia though, so that dialogue can't happen. Even then, Raz gives you the option to tell him that you just escaped from Molag Bal.

There are some different dialogue options for the silver and gold zones I've noticed after doing Coldharbour and the main story. If you're AD or EP, when you go to DC you eventually do a qiest where you see Laelorian Dynar, the last aleyid. I believe he says something different if you've already done Coldharbour, but I might be wrong. Been a while since I've done that quest, but I seem to remember him saying something about Coldharbour.

Then in AD, if you're DC or EP and have completed the Mages guild quest line, there's a quest where Sheogorath has made a town tear itself apart in madness and he refers to you as "Well if it isn't my favorite mortal!"

I'm sure there are other instances like this, but the new dialogue that opens up in silver and gold adds a little more flavor to what you've accomplished thus far.

You didn't kill Molag Bal. It's even stated in the game you can't kill a daedric prince. You only severely wounded him. Hence why Molag Bal talks to you while in Meridia's realm.

He said that to me after I had complete the first two Mages guild quests, I think you just have to do the first quest in the Mages guild to trigger this.

    What he said ^

Not to mention they always use the world "Defeat". And even when someone says "kill", yea, you kill a lot of people in Cyrodiil, but they kinda come back and stab you as well. so "Killing" in Tamriel is not definitive. ever.

Well that's disappointing. I enjoyed hearing him call back to the Mages guild quest all the same.

You're more or less right. Laelorian has a special dialog if you have already free him and finish the Coldharbour quest (he says he knows you). But it work even if you are a DC who do this quest after the Coldharbour one.

Yes, the Glenumbra Moors quest where you get sent back in time (kind of) to the time when he ruled over the Aleyids and was battling against Faolchu (or whatever that werewolf's name was). If it's a silver or gold zone for you, he somewhat recognizes you, although if I recall correctly it's more of a "I sense that we're connected somehow" kind of thing than anything else. Been a while since I've done that one too.
Then in AD, if you're DC or EP and have completed the Mages guild quest line, there's a quest where Sheogorath has made a town tear itself apart in madness and he refers to you as "Well if it isn't my favorite mortal!"
I could very easily be wrong, but I thought he said the same thing if you're AD as long as you've already met him in the Mages Guild quest where you fight Gutsripper.

And I am supposed to believe that?
After he showed all too habitual familiarity with especially unusual events or stories? After he knew more then he ought to several times? After he nonchalantely escaped from "certain death" in reapers march?
I mean, sure, I have no distinct evidence... he's way to good for that... but... the suspiscion remains!

Yeah, someone already pointed out the Mages guild thing. Disappointing really.

But I'm hoping some of the npc's from various quests across alliances will turn up in the TG and DB dlc's. Like Jakarn and Crafty Lerisa, and the Khajiit in an EP delve in shadowfen I believe that you help acquire an artifact for. And let's not forget Naril the wine thief in EP.

Oh, I hope so... I especially want to see more of the folks you helped assemble on Stros M'kai! All of them, even the ones you never had to talk to for any of the quests, were interesting characters if you actually talked to them and read logs/diaries that they left lying around.
