Well the issue is that for the majority of the player base, it would like a month or even more to get that. They have to find the in between for the people who can get that in a day vs the people who can get that in a month.

For whom? People who play every evening for 3-5 hours? In lags? The majority of players won't do it. Anyways if Akaviri costs 500k, Monster set will cost more.

Well over a million AP I would expect.

If a bit of the old PvP Armour cost 250k then we can look at the relative values and increase it by a made up big number

I would have to say at least a million AP.
Not sure what the gold equivalent would be.

The idea is to give PvPers an alternate way to get the helms, not to make them that much easier than actually running the dungeon.

They surely wont be 50k ap or something like that.
Even vr14 set items cost 100+k, Akaviri motif pieces cost up to 500k, and I expect monster sets to be more expensive.

When will the PvP vendor come? I thought it was only for monster shoulders but if mask too then that'll be great! If anything I believe it'll be 750k-1m AP + 250k gold.

I hope this isn't the trend for future gear in ESO. Have crappy RNG then have some lame merchant charging out the backside to purchase.

This is a dumb implementation by ZoS in so many ways.

The thing is... It should be an alternate way to get these sets, not an easier way, otherwise it will kill the incentive to do dungeons.

Amounts are same for all levels:

Dungeon specific sets
200K AP
30k Gold

Monster sets (for 2 pieces, a helm and a shoulder from the same monster set with random trait and armor type),(Helm and shoulder not guaranteed to be same armor type)
300K AP
70k Gold
