ZOS!!!!!
I have logged 3 separate tickets 3 separate times asking you to change my email address for my account because the current email address I am using will be deleted soon and I wont be able to get any correspondence and those codes that sometimes come up when having to authenticate my logon location.
PLEASE HELP ME!!!
This is frustrating as hell and I have no faith that you can fix any game issues if you CANT EVEN RESPOND TO A BASIC SUPPORT TICKET!
I am very unhappy and am "this" close to quitting this game for good.
