CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS - ZOS ignoring my support tickets to change account details.

ZOS!!!!!

I have logged 3 separate tickets 3 separate times asking you to change my email address for my account because the current email address I am using will be deleted soon and I wont be able to get any correspondence and those codes that sometimes come up when having to authenticate my logon location.

PLEASE HELP ME!!!

This is frustrating as hell and I have no faith that you can fix any game issues if you CANT EVEN RESPOND TO A BASIC SUPPORT TICKET!

I am very unhappy and am "this" close to quitting this game for good.

    Do you happen to have the ticket number you submitted without a reply? As your email address for your forum account is different from your game account, it may help us look into your issue quicker.

    We've located your ticket and an agent has reached out to you to get this resolved. However, please be aware in the future that submitting multiple tickets on the same incident may cause delays in processing your support request.

    I was left with no alternative because I have now lodged 9 tickets over the last 6 weeks trying to get this issue resolved.
    9 tickets over 6 weeks.

    My friend has the same issue except her e mail has already changed she is trying to come back but finding it impossible. As you said she tries to log in and it send her the temp code to an old e mail. She cant even post to forums because she cant log in. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen she cant even give them money. I am trying without success to help her but NO RESPONSE.
