Hello there,
since the German support doesnt respond me for a whole week now, im trying to get help here.
I made an Account, when the Beta started, in this Account i have an E-Mail Adress that i cant access anymore...
I Purchased Elder Scrolls Online 04. January 2016 and registered the code to the Account. When i tried to Login after installation it said they will send an activation code to the E-Mail adress. i waited and waited then i saw that the Account had the old Mail adress registered so i contacted the support. They answered and wanted some Information like the Product code from the purchase and other Information. I send all the Information at 05. January 2016 but i didnt get any response from the Support since then. The Reference Number of the Ticket is: 160105-000595
I already send another ticket in English, but didnt get any response either. I am really pissed about the so called "Support" because i didnt get any help in a WHOLE WEEK.
I hope i can get help in the English section.
