In this case it shouldnt give "Stormproof" title, it should be something like "Wallet Warrior". And it should be rainbow-colored and shiny, and always be visible on your chars.
Wallet Warrior is for people who pay $180 a year for a sub when you can buy all the DLC separate for about $80 a year.
And with my ESO plus membership I get all the DLCs, I make an active choice to support the game I enjoy playing, I'm also still sat on 22,700 crowns and I've never bought anything that's just from subscribing,

The vast majority of people rocking perfectly itemized monster sets have already had vMSA on farm.
@Ezareth By perfectly itemized I assume you mean all the Sturdy and Well-Fitted monster sets I have in the bank If that's the case consider me elite.

Unlike the Kena helm, you're going to find the taste of disappointment in your mouth if you ever do get that staff.

You have me mixed with someone else. I work days, and play very early mornings (around 4am actually) I am in Cyrodiil 95% of the time, and the other 5% is in Wrothgar turning in Writs or running the gold pledge. Year ago, I don't recall the fat kid playing in right field crying to the umps about nerfing the game but back then kids understood they had to work hard to get out of right field. Under today's social norms, all you kids would be placed in right field for the sake of fairness. That's the problem right there....whether we talk about a video game or real life situations.

You can actually get all of the V16 armor just by running the first few rounds (or however many you can complete). The rings and neck you can get from normal mode if you'd like to complete a certain set.

Just remember when it gets nerfed which Ofcourse it will eventually everything does, and you finally get your completion just remember you failed to do it pre nerf and had to complain on the forums that it's just to hard and all the bigger kids on the PC have got it soooo much easier.
Then you will have to start a new thread asking for the new content to be nerfed while we enjoy running said new content and have fun I look forward to your next thread and to see what your insulted by next, I'm hoping it brings me some laughs just like this one

If you farmed every weapon, its not challenging and you stop playing it.
If you can't beat it, and theres no checkpoint system, you stop playing it.
For the handful of people for whom it is the perfect challenge with the perfect balance, congrats, maybe the five of you can tell us how awesome your experience was.

Um, is this supposed to be intimidating? Like I said, I dont even like vMA, so I dont care about its difficulty. Of course its going to be nerfed, just like anything else in this game... Sanctum, DSA, IC dungeons... But a new trial is going to be really interesting. I expect a ton of QQ threads.

Year ago, I don't recall the fat kid playing in right field crying to the umps about nerfing the game but back then kids understood they had to work hard to get out of right field. Under today's social norms, all you kids would be placed in right field for the sake of fairness. That's the problem right there....whether we talk about a video game or real life situations.

You're right and wrong at the same time. How cool is that? You're analogy is spot if we're talking about real life. But we are not. We are talking about a video game. A game that makes money from Crown goodies and DLCs. So the OP has a point. Why should he pay for a DLC where end game content is too hard for him? He's got a choice to make. To spend his money or not.
I will reiterate it, though. A lot of frustration would be alleviated if there was a save mode. You would have much more people working at vMA.
There are some other suggestions that would help, too. But I'm sure the top 2% would argue against them. Those would be to have a small chance for a v16 Mael weapon to drop from normal mode. Whatever, no worries. The same way I paid 300k gold for my Kena helmet, ill pay real United States currency for my Maelstrom weapons and Stormproof title. Ill just bring a ringer over to my home and he can sit in my chair and play vMSA on my character while I kick up my feet and relax.

Kerioko✭✭✭✭My thoughts: 90% of what is wrong with VMA is a class balance problem. So far I have:
- V16 Redguard Stam Sorc, all gold mostly best in slot gear: 23 attempts, 0 clears
- V15 Khajiit Stam Templar, best in slot (2 patches ago) v14 gear: 4 attempts, 0 clears
- V16 Argonian Magicka Sorc, V16 purple gear far from best in slot: 2 attempts, 1 clear
- V16 Argonian stam NB, V16 all gold mostly best in slot gear: 15 attempts, 1 clear
Note that only clears I have are on Sorc and NB. The one time I did get a complete on my NB was because I switched to my magicka sorc gear and ran as a magicka build.
I attribute these two clears to having the ability to maintain constant mobility and shield stack heals, while still being able to parse above average dps and burst. Not saying it is impossible to do on stamina as I have progressed each time I have done it on my stam sorc, but the learning curve is a lot higher than it is on magicka NB and magicka Sorc.
The other 10% I find wrong is just bad design. Instead of adding more difficult mechanics like they did with VDSA, they took the easy road and just ramped up enemy health and damage. So now trash mobs that you can face roll in normal will one-shot you in vet. Couple that with the inability to zoom out on stages like 2 and 4, it becomes impossible to see what every mob is doing, causing a lot of deaths to come from just dumb ***!
So as it stands now with the class imbalance, the bugs, and the what seems like poor design, I am with a lot of other. I will probably quite running it on anything but my magicka sorc, and just run it until I get the weapons I need. Then I am done with it.
