It is a shame but i really hope all the banks get raided very often so ZOS will be forced to take acion becouse the only conclusion that can be taken from this is either do not trust anyone and keep your stuff or you can take anything you want from any guild bank as long as the guildmaster/officer is stupid enough to trust you without any repercusion at all except maybe some internet shaming wittch has anny effect becouse you have to be shamless to do such things in the first place

we are either all civil with an organism that ensures the order of things(this case should be ZOS or server moderators or GM's or whatever) or it is anarchy, if i am able to take whatever i want from anyone who trusts me then i can shurely say whatever i whant about it yes?
permission of such acts by ZOS and comments as the one above not stating anything except we be polite means that they really do not care and will not take action to prevent any player from doing so.
Just like any company as long as the real laws do not apply and it does not influence the money they gain they can not care less about who take what from where as long as t is not considered an exploit.

So either proove guild bank thieving is an expoit(witch could be done)
Or accept that ZOS does not care about this and stop trying

I think the whole thing is nonsense. ZOS gave us the ability to create guilds the way they wanted us to create the guilds. Meaning every guild is operated through THEIR set up. Not ours. Then they turn around and say we refuse to police the economy that we want ran a certain way. If they did even a little bit of investigating, they could see who is trying to scam them for more materials and who is being honest. In addition, they can limit the amount of thief related tickets to a guild master and ban the people who commit these stupid acts. Promote honesty and less of this bs will happen. Allow it and that would eventually self destruct the whole point of this certain economy they want/expect us to run. If every guild member dispanded their guild, there would be no "economy" to feed until ZOS gave the people what they wanted...or there would be no guilds/economy...period.

On the flip side, I have fell victim to this problem. Some kid stole from my guild and I mean TONS of materials. It took him 6 months to get permission and he talked a sad story until he was able to get permission. Once his time came (by guild standards, not his), he took it upon himself to have at almost everything in the guild. Is it his fault? YA DAMN RIGHT IT IS! I refuse to sit here and listen to it's my fault because someone else is dishonest. Their dishonesty has nothing to do with me or the rest of the guild that has to pay for this. Now, it sucks, but no one has access to the guild but myself. Point blank. They can put stuff in and I monitor what goes out. Oh well. It has to be that way. The ESO population wants to blame the ESO population? I blame the thieves and then ZOS for not doing what they can do if they really wanted to. If I did blame a guild master, it would be because he trusted them in 2 weeks or so...that is just dumb.
