Every time I die by snipe, my character just loses all resources walks aimlessly for a good 4-5 seconds and then just falls over (sometimes keeps walking in place even though dead). Then, when checking the recap, I hear the snipes hit.

Snipe allows an archer to do insane damage in PvP and kill people before they can fight back. Hopefully something will be done to stop 40K of damage hitting in a 1 second burst.

I could put down all kinds of things but I don't. and you don't have to max out your level to bet better than someone who don't know how to spot a sniper... or other skill mechanics. so your argument is invalid.

Though it's nice to know how many times you can block/dodge those snips.
What about the desync, lag, or times when you can't see/hear them coming? What about in sieges where unless your using snipe you can't hit most people and if you use snipe your quite safe.

my healer only has 20k hp buffedso no not high in hp. and traditionally in my group we generally have less than 8 people and fight zergs in the scourage campaign for xbox n/a as AD and they own the map. we fight the zergs and I somehow can always manage to survive and resurrect my allies that have fallen during battle. depending on the size of the zerg only some can manage to get away, normally 1-3 in a battle of 20+ vs us. its called skill. If you knew all the issues with snipe you wouldn't call it imbalanced because you would have more knowledge than a measly vet14 right? but apparently not

Correction with the battle leveling it is 26k hp with the food I use. which yes my hp has lowered due to a gear change recently. and there is nothing wrong with a high hp healer.... a dead healer is a bad healer. remember that one
And I had healer on it since before I changed up my bars and gear to have both dps and heals normally I am frontline in pvp fights even when I was a strict healer. that's just how I have always played. be a healer up front in their faces and throwing some damage here n there. now its more throwing damage then tossing out some quality heals in between.
that all being said I will leave the discussion due to when some people make up their minds logic and reason has no effect on how they see the topic at hand. so said once say twice its a l2p issue and move on

60m skill that hits can 14k + consistently, it's hard to see and in a group vs group you usually cant see it or hear it.
The range in which it can be cast pretty much means your safe from harm as any other range skill doesn't come close to it, so i'm not sure why it's doing such high dmg.
The longer range a skill, the safer you are so the less dmg it should do.
The dmg needs toning down or the range does.
Any group vs group fights, sieges etc... snipers are untouchable unless your sniping yourself and they can kill you in 2 hits.

Most of the time you can't see it or hear it. Also magicka users can't really afford to roll dodge much. It's a unexplainable skill, 60m with more dmg than most 5m skills
Odd, I notice the first hit and when my health goes down, then I just dodge roll away.
Ive been playing actually PVP quite much recently and I think this game is much better when theres only 1 population bar for each alliance, when it goes to 3 bar (full), the lag starts.
