The Heavy Armor choice actually depends on how many Champion Points you have...As you need a certain level of sustain and must reach certain resource and regen levels for it to work. There are a few different varations of Skaffa's build depending on your playstyle and if you prefer damage over sustain and if you have enough CP to make it work. IMO anything under 400 CP will struggle in 5 Heavy as a DK, and believe it or not Breton is the best choice for Skaffa's build as Skaffa told Sypher that Breton runs the build better then Dark Elf or the other races, but Dark Elf is a close second.
